Returns

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers. If for any reason, your product was damaged during transport, we accept returns within the given 24hr return period for exchange or store credit. It is essential to note the following:

• We request at least two images and a short description of the defect/damage to your product. Please email sales@bonestudio.co.za.
• The information must be subm itted within 24 hours from acceptance of delivery.
• No product can be returned without written authorisation from Bone Studio.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging for review purposes.
